REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND FEES
Registration categories are defined as follows:
- Member: has paid their 2013 membership fees to the BC Hospice Palliative Care Association. Membership will be verified.
- Non-Member: The cost of a membership plus the Conference member rate is less than registering as a non-member. Click here to become a BCHPCA member.
- Student: is anyone enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution. Proof consists of a copy of the student's identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar confirming student status. If proof of student status is not provided the full Conference registration fee will apply.
- Volunteer: is anyone who volunteers for a BC Hospice Palliative Care Organization. Volunteer status will be verified.
Volunteer Discount - New for 2013!
Four for the price of three! When you register four volunteers, the fourth volunteer can register free of charge. All four volunteers must be registered and paid for at the same time. When registering the fourth volunteer, enter the code "Volunteer4for3" to ensure the discount is applied.

Registration Fees Include:
Full Registration:
- Attendance at all conferences sessions on Sunday and Monday
- Refreshment breaks on Sunday and Monday, Sunday’s breakfast and lunch, Sunday's Networking Reception, Monday’s breakfast and lunch
Daily Registration
- Attendance at all conferences sessions on day of attendance
- Refreshment breaks and food functions on the day of attendance.

Insurance and Liability
Participants take part in BCHPCA 2013 Conference at their own risk and need to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
