Cancellation & No Show Policies & Early Departure Fee

Transfers from the Airport
You will likely be arriving on the island of Oahu at the Honolulu International Airport.
Transfers are available to Waikiki via the following options in addition to renting your own car. For those not renting a car, you can take:
- Shuttle: As a preferred vendor of the Sheraton in Waikiki, Ilima Waikiki Tours & Transportation uses mid-to-large size vans of up to 20-25 passengers. It makes stops at all 4 Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki but may include other stops as well.
- Estimated travel time from the airport: 35-55 minutes (depending upon traffic conditions, passenger count and stops)
