In 2009, the World Rose Convention will take place at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver.
The spacious guest rooms offer sophisticated furnishings with soothing earth tones, incredible views and the Westin Heavenly Bed®. All guestrooms are non-smoking.
Discounted Room Rates for Convention Attendees
Specially negotiated room rates are listed below. Room type and rate (all prices in Canadian dollars) are per night, based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 10% hotel tax and 5% general sales tax.
Where breakfast is included, it will be a full hot and cold buffet breakfast with daily changes to some items.

When booking your hotel accommodation, request the discounted “2009 World Rose Convention” rate. There are four easy ways to make your hotel reservation, if you are booking under the "guest room" category.

Note: Space and rate is subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed only if accompanied by one night’s room deposit, or if guaranteed with one of the following major credit cards: American Express, Diner’s club/enRoute, Mastercard, Visa, JCB or Discover.
Note: The Westin Bayshore is fully accessible and has 6 accessible rooms (although no rolling showers).
Cancellation & No Show Policies and Early Departure Fee
1. All cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee. All cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and taxes to the credit card provided for room guarantee.
2. All no show reservations will be charged one night room and taxes to the credit card provided for room guarantee.
3. The Westin Bayshore Vancouver will charge an early departure fee if your departure date changes after you check in.
