UBC Botanical Garden is excited to be offering an engaging, entertaining and educational Kid’s Garden at the World Rose Festival.
Here, young rose enthusiasts can participate in rose themed crafts, games and activities, while learning about roses, pollination and plant growth.
Created and sponsored by award-winning landscape professionals, Anne Talbot-Kelly (Garden Habitats) & Ray Lachance (Handcrafted Gardens), the Kids' Garden is a whimsical place for "budding" gardeners!
Make sure to bring your kids to learn all about roses. Admission for children under 12 is free!
Kristal and Courtney will be on hand to paint a little rosy art, for all kids and kids-at-heart! Find the face-painting station near the Kids Garden display from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
