We have built up a notable resume of international conference planning in cities as diverse as Vancouver, Singapore, Seoul, Busan, Shanghai, Hamburg, Guam, Rio de Janeiro, Santiago, San Francisco, Nantes, Honolulu, Budapest, Trondheim, Cape Town, Madrid, Glasgow and Stuttgart.

We continue to have the honour of working with deeply committed Chairs and volunteers from Canada and around the world who are focused on advancing their profession by bringing together participants to learn, discuss and have fun. We understand the commitment it takes to organize international events, and the motivations.

One motivation is showing off your city and your culture. We specialize in incorporating local and national cultures into conference programs – food, music, dance, art and tours are just a few suggestions we provide to the Chairs.
